  • 6-Week Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion

  • 8-Week Online Mindful Self-Compassion

    Registration Coming SUMMER. Hosted Online by UCSD Center for Mindfulness, this 8-week MSC program is offered, Sundays, 9-12 pm PST, w/ a half-day retreat 11/6. This is a pre-req for MSC Teacher Training, and was developed by Drs. Kristin Neff and Chris Germer.
  • 10-week MSC Teacher Training Practicum (TTP)

    The TTP is an online journey for a small group of MSC teachers to practice their new-found teaching skills in a safe & structured environment. TTP is held for 2.5 hours a week for 10-weeks at 2300 UTC. Must be enrolled in the teacher training program through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.
