Learn how to be kinder to yourself and more resilient. This 8-week MSC program is offered, Mondays, 3-6 pm PST, March 21-May 9th, w/ a half-day retreat April 22. This is a pre-req for MSC Teacher Training, and was developed by Drs. Kristin Neff and Chris Germer.
