Learn how to be kinder to yourself and more resilient. This 8-week MSC program is offered, Wednesdays, 4-7 pm PST, w/ a half-day retreat 2/5. This is a pre-req for MSC Teacher Training, and was developed by Drs. Kristin Neff and Chris Germer.
