Abridged version of the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course. Students learn how to meet difficult moments with more kindness and understanding. Course meets Thursdays, August 26- September 30, from 3-4:30 pm PST. This program is hosted online through Shambhala Mountain Center.
