10-Week Live Online Mindful Self-Compassion (LOMSC)
Hosted by the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, this course meets every Thursday for 2hrs, from June 16th to August 18th, 2022 (with a 3-hour online retreat July 23rd) with Megan Prager. Class open to public and can fulfill pre-req for teacher training.
