Hosted by the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, this course meets every Wednesdays for 2hrs, from March 2nd to May 11th, 2022 (with a 3-hour online retreat on April 20th) with Megan Prager. Class open to public and can fulfill pre-req for teacher training.
