Hosted by the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, this course meets every Monday for 2hrs, from Jan 10th to March 14th, 2022 (with a 3-hour online retreat on Feb 21st) with Megan Prager. Class open to public and can fulfill pre-req for teacher training.
