Welcome to Mindful Labs! We are a team of educators and trusted experts utilizing the science and practices of Mindfulness to deliver evidence-based well being trainings. We are happy to offer courses in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Self-Compassion, as well as courses in Mindfulness for the Workplace. All of our offerings are given in a warm and supportive learning environment that can be tailored to specific communities and professional settings, as well as offered in a one-on-one format.
From years of training and and personal experience, we know the power and positive impact of Mindfulness and Compassion programs. And through research, we now know that awareness and compassion are trainable skills! Mindfulness and Compassion programs can inspire growth, greater health, wisdom and performance through increasing awareness, self-efficacy, self-care, and emotional intelligence. These skills benefit us, those around us and the world.
